Approved Modalities
  • Relationship Consultant
A relationship coach is a professional who provides guidance and support to individuals and couples seeking to improve their relationships. They work with clients to identify and address issues such as communication problems, conflicts, intimacy challenges, trust issues, and relationship goals. Relationship coaches offer tools, strategies, and exercises to help clients enhance their interpersonal skills, deepen emotional connections, and foster healthier and more fulfilling relationships. They may draw from various therapeutic approaches, psychology, and personal development principles to assist clients in navigating relationship dynamics, resolving conflicts, and achieving desired relationship outcomes. The ultimate aim is to promote happier and more harmonious partnerships.
  • NLP Coaching
Neuro Linguistic Programming Coaching supports clients to access their dormant potential and achieve more in life. NLP Coaches are trained to detect minute clues in facial expressions, tone of voice, and expressions to uncover limiting beliefs and behaviours. Practitioners support their clients to set goals, break addictive habits, improve performance, and transform their relationships.
  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that can be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
  • Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes hypnosis to access and influence the subconscious mind. It involves inducing a relaxed state, known as a trance, where the individual is open to positive suggestions and guided imagery. This altered state of consciousness allows the hypnotherapist to work with the client's deeper levels of awareness to address and transform limiting beliefs, behaviours, and emotional patterns. It is a collaborative process that aims to harness the power of the mind for personal growth and healing. For our purposes, it is important to differentiate Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy from Clinical Hypnotherapy. Clinical Hypnotherapists undergo extensive training and are skilled in Counselling/Psychotherapy, making them adept at handling more complex cases such as trauma/PTSD, fears and phobias, sexual dysfunction, and so on.
  • Yoga
A physical, mental and spiritual practice, Yoga is a Vedic tradition of India and the Himalayas dating more than 2,500 years. Classes are generally 1 - 1 ½ hrs in duration and incorporate physical postures and movement (asanas), breath exercises (pranayama), relaxation and concentration, philosophy, and meditation. Yoga benefits the physical and mental body by enhancing flexibility, improving muscle strength and tone, increasing body awareness, and promoting relaxation and calm.
  • Pilates
Pilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century to strengthen, stretch and stabilise key muscles. Pilates instructors encourage their clients to use correct alignment, centring, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flowing movement to build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone. The emphasis in Pilates is on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles. Pilates either takes place on a mat, with a barre, or with the use of a reformer -- a machine that provides resistance to lift against. Practitioners believe that mental and physical health are essential to one another and use this method of total body conditioning to achieve this balance.
