About

Angela Barry spent more than 30 years as a lawyer, experiencing the pressure, stress and constant demands that many of us know all too well. Along the way, she discovered the transformative benefits of meditation, mindfulness and yoga—not as an escape from life, but as practical tools for living it more fully.

Today, through Mojo Edge, Angela helps people create greater calm, clarity and resilience through meditation, mindfulness, yoga and wellness coaching. Her approach is gentle, practical and grounded in both lived experience and evidence-informed practice.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, looking to manage stress more effectively or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, Angela offers a supportive space to slow down, build awareness and develop habits that support lasting wellbeing. She believes meaningful change comes from learning to work with your mind rather than against it.

Approved Modalities
  • Meditation
Meditation is an umbrella term for a number of practices that train the meditator to be present to their thoughts with awareness and without judgement. Counter to the conditioning of the mind/body system, positive effects of meditation can be heightened relaxation, the building of etheric energy and deeper awareness. Through either sustained focus, mindfulness, or the cultivation of compassion, meditation can clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety.
  • Hatha Yoga
Yoga, a Vedic tradition dating back over 2,500 years, encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual practices. Hatha Yoga, meaning 'the means of attaining a state of yoga through force,' combines postures (asanas) and breath exercises (pranayama). Various yoga styles like Ashtanga, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Iyengar fall under Hatha Yoga. In Western culture, it has evolved into a slow-paced class focused on alignment, lasting around 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Classes include static postures, pranayama, mantra, mudra, shatkriyas, shatkarmas, and visualization. Yoga benefits physical and mental health through improved flexibility, muscle strength, body awareness, relaxation, and a sense of calm.
