Hello, I'm Anna Hastie, a Sound Healer, Sound Healing Practitioner Trainer and host of the Alchemy Mindset Podcast, based in beautiful Broome, Western Australia.
I believe there is something incredibly powerful about giving ourselves permission to pause, step away from the external noise and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within us.
Through the beautiful frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, crystal harp, chimes, guided meditation and Reiki, I create deeply restorative sound healing experiences that invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and receive.
My approach to healing is grounded in a philosophy I call Frequency First. Before we can create meaningful change in our mindset, our lives or even our businesses, we need to create space within ourselves to find clarity, listen to our intuition and reconnect with what truly matters.
I offer weekly group Sound Baths, private 1:1 and group sound healing experiences, special events, workshops and retreats.
I'm also deeply passionate about sharing the art of sound healing through my immersive Sound Healing Practitioner Certification training. Supporting others to develop their confidence, deepen their connection with sound and learn to hold beautiful, professional and intentional healing spaces is something I absolutely love.
My work brings together sound, energy healing, meditation, intuition and mindset, with a balance of spiritual connection and practical, grounded teaching.
Whether you're coming to experience your very first sound bath, looking for a deeper connection with yourself, or feeling called to become a Sound Healing Practitioner, I would love to welcome you into this space.
A space to pause, reconnect, explore and remember the wisdom that has always been within you.

- Sound TherapySound Therapy is a healing modality that utilises the power of sound and vibrations to promote relaxation, balance, and wellbeing. It involves the intentional use of various sound instruments and techniques, such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chanting, to create harmonic frequencies that resonate with the body and mind. Sound vibrations can penetrate deeply, releasing tension, reducing stress, and stimulating the body's natural healing abilities. Sound Therapy can be beneficial for improving sleep, reducing anxiety, enhancing meditation, and promoting overall emotional and physical wellbeing. It provides a therapeutic and immersive experience that harmonises and restores the body's energy flow.
- Reiki IIReiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions.
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that may be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
- Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)Founded by Gary Craig in the 1990's, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) draw on various alternative medicine practices including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming and energy medicine. Treatment involves two-finger tapping on acupuncture points while using acceptance statement(s) to anchor the transformative intent. Depending on the EFT practitioner's level of training and scope of practice, it can be employed to address diverse physical and psychological conditions, including phobias, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and pain.
- YogaA physical, mental and spiritual practice, Yoga is a Vedic tradition of India and the Himalayas dating more than 2,500 years. Classes are generally 1 - 1 ½ hrs in duration and incorporate physical postures and movement (asanas), breath exercises (pranayama), relaxation and concentration, philosophy, and meditation. Yoga benefits the physical and mental body by enhancing flexibility, improving muscle strength and tone, increasing body awareness, and promoting relaxation and calm.
