Welcome to kinesiology, a holistic approach, helping you to be well in mind, body & spirit by letting your body do the talking by using muscle feedback. Kinesiology is a language to uncover where stress, pain, imbalance & blocks are in your life, & work towards better health, vitality, joy, movement & balance. We will look at your structural, chemical, mental & emotional energy systems by communicating directly with your body.

It will tell us where there is an imbalance & what it would like us to do to correct it. We work 90% with the subconscious mind – your beliefs, emotions, habits, values, protective reactions, intuition & imagination – and 10% with the conscious mind – your willpower, logical & critical thinking. The conscious mind is the part of you that says, “I’m okay. Everything is ok. I just need to keep going.” It is your protective patterning. Below that is your subconscious & by accessing it we can clear the sabotaging programs, emotions & traumas that are stored in your body, mind & energy fields.

Kinesiology has a number of elements in common with Chiropractic, Osteopathy & Acupuncture therapies, tracing back to the 1960’s. A kinesiologist does not heal you. We facilitate an environment & awareness so that the body is able to heal itself & you can address the external factors affecting your well-being. It requires your willingness, determination & responsibility for your own health & progress. I can give you answers, corrections & home support – it is up to you to accept, participate and tune-in to your body while we work together & follow through after the sessions.

After a session you may feel clearer, lighter & calmer. By releasing unexpressed emotions that have been stored in your body, as pain or disconnections, it is able to function with a more balanced energy level. You may also experience greater motivation, enhanced self-esteem & more positive thought patterns
