I work hands-on with people who are ready to let go of what they’ve been carrying: old tension, stress and patterns that no longer serve them. Sessions are one-on-one or in groups, always in person, using Human Garage fascial maneuvers.

I’m a certified Human Garage coach. I’ve coached at major international events in front of large groups, and I’ve spent years working one-on-one with people at real depth. Whether it’s a room full of people or just one, I meet each person exactly where they are.

Alongside fascial maneuvers I’m a Lomi Lomi Hawaiian shamanic bodywork therapist, with many years of energy and consciousness work behind me. A lot of my work is with trauma and coping mechanisms: the patterns people built to get through life that often outlive their usefulness. I keep it grounded and honest. No fluff, just change you can feel in your body and your life.

I started out as a gym teacher and went on to train snowboard and kitesurf instructors. That movement background gives me a solid feel for how bodies work, move and learn. It’s where I come from, not what I bring.
