About

I am a Clinical Psychologist graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (Quito, 1990). For more than three decades, I have dedicated my life to studying, practicing, and teaching approaches that integrate the body, mind, and spirit—because, in my vision, true well-being cannot be approached from only one dimension.

Throughout my journey, I have combined clinical psychology with holistic modalities such as meditation, yoga, conscious movement, Chakradance, guided imagery, EFT/Tapping, and energy work. Together, these approaches create a gentle yet powerful path toward greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and inner peace.

Every session and program I offer is personalized. Rather than following a fixed formula, I tailor each experience to your unique story, needs, and life circumstances.

One of my greatest passions is supporting women during pregnancy, helping them cultivate a deep emotional and spiritual connection with their baby through personalized guided imagery, movement, Chakradance, meditation, and EFT/Tapping when appropriate.

I also work with people navigating life's transitions—grief, divorce, career changes, relationship challenges, retirement, or simply those who feel called to reconnect with themselves. Together, we create a safe, compassionate space where you can release what no longer serves you, discover your inner wisdom, and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity.

I believe each of us already carries the answers we seek. My role is to accompany you on the journey back to yourself, where lasting transformation begins.

Most sessions are held online, allowing us to work together regardless of where you live. Whenever our paths happen to cross and we find ourselves in the same city, I am delighted to offer in-person sessions as well.

Approved Modalities
  • Chakradance™
Founded by Natalie Southgate in 1998, Chakradance is a movement therapy practice designed to promote wellbeing. Chakradance draws on music which is chakra-resonant specific, and uses spontaneous dance which can support attunement of the mind-body-spirit energy system. A Chakradance practitioner facilitates the integration of such movement and music to create alignment between the seven major chakras, which may assist their client to create a stronger connection between mind, body, and spirit.
  • Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
Founded by Gary Craig in the 1990's, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) draw on various alternative medicine practices including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming and energy medicine. Treatment involves two-finger tapping on acupuncture points while using acceptance statement(s) to anchor the transformative intent. Depending on the EFT practitioner's level of training and scope of practice, it can be employed to address diverse physical and psychological conditions, including phobias, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and pain.
  • Yoga
A physical, mental and spiritual practice, Yoga is a Vedic tradition of India and the Himalayas dating more than 2,500 years. Classes are generally 1 - 1 ½ hrs in duration and incorporate physical postures and movement (asanas), breath exercises (pranayama), relaxation and concentration, philosophy, and meditation. Yoga benefits the physical and mental body by enhancing flexibility, improving muscle strength and tone, increasing body awareness, and promoting relaxation and calm.
