About
My name is Chez, and I am currently living and working in the Nipaluna/Hobart and Huon Valley region.
My greatest joy is working with people in nature.
I offer Somatic Ecotherapy sessions & Walk & Talk sessions (Holistic Counselling).
I hold a vision to support the wellbeing of the natural world and the ongoing evolution of humankind.
NatureKind was born from this vision: to ripple awareness and rekindle the remembering of our belonging to Earth.
This big, beautiful rock we're all floating through space on, together.

- Holistic CounsellingHolistic Counselling is a form of therapy that looks at clients as a whole, integrated individual. Rather than just treating the symptoms, Holistic Counsellors look at the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit. In addition to talk therapy, Holistic Counsellors draw on a range of treatment protocols. Depending on their scope of practice, these techniques may include, but are not limited to, Hypnotherapy, Art, Meditation and Mindfulness, Breathwork, Energy Healing and Psychotherapy. In some countries, Counselling is regulated. It is essential you are familiar with and adhere to the laws in your state/province or country which govern the appropriate use of titles, require licensure/registration, or a specific level of education.
- EcotherapyEcotherapy, also known as nature therapy or green therapy, is a therapeutic approach that recognizes the healing power of the natural world. It involves engaging with nature as a means to improve mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Ecotherapy activities can include outdoor exercises, gardening, walking in nature, wildlife observation, and nature-based art therapy. The concept is rooted in the belief that connecting with nature can reduce stress, anxiety, and depression while promoting relaxation, mindfulness, and overall psychological balance. Ecotherapy aims to harness the positive effects of nature to support individuals in their healing and personal growth processes.
