About

I am a trauma-informed holistic counsellor and embodiment facilitator supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves.

Through one-to-one counselling, workshops and retreats, I weave together somatic therapy, nervous system education, conscious movement and creative practices to support healing at a body, mind and emotional level.

My approach is grounded in the belief that our bodies hold deep wisdom and that meaningful change happens through compassionate connection — with ourselves, with others and with the experiences that have shaped us.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore, grow and reconnect with your own innate capacity for wellbeing.

Approved Modalities
  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that can be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
  • Massage
Massage therapy is the application of pressure to a person’s muscles, tendons, connective tissue and ligaments with the intention of alleviating pain, relaxing muscles, rehabilitating injuries, and providing stress relief. Massage therapists are trained to assess a client’s specific massage needs and apply a range of techniques.
  • Yoga
A physical, mental and spiritual practice, Yoga is a Vedic tradition of India and the Himalayas dating more than 2,500 years. Classes are generally 1 - 1 ½ hrs in duration and incorporate physical postures and movement (asanas), breath exercises (pranayama), relaxation and concentration, philosophy, and meditation. Yoga benefits the physical and mental body by enhancing flexibility, improving muscle strength and tone, increasing body awareness, and promoting relaxation and calm.
