Hi, I’m Daniel, a Family Constellations facilitator based in Bondi Beach. I see clients in person in Sydney and online around the world, in English and Italian.
Family Constellations is a systemic approach that explores the hidden dynamics within our families and relationships. These include the loyalties, patterns and unspoken stories that can be passed down through generations. Many of the challenges we carry in our relationships, our work or our sense of belonging start to make more sense when we see them as part of a bigger picture. A constellation offers a space to look at that picture with fresh eyes. It often brings clarity, new perspective and a sense of movement where things have felt stuck.
My path to this work wasn’t a straight line. I’m originally from Italy and spent many years in logistics, operations and team leadership before my own family experiences led me to Constellations. I’ve since trained intensively in the approach, and I bring both worlds into my work: deep care for family systems, and a practical understanding of how teams and organisations function.

- Systemic / Family ConstellationsFamily Constellations, pioneered by Bert Hellinger, is an alternative therapeutic intervention rooted in Gestalt and psychodynamic therapy. It addresses family history, unrecognized dynamics, and dysfunctional patterns that affect individuals. Techniques like drama therapy, sand-tray therapy, and art therapy help clients confront and accept the factual reality of their past. Typically, participants stand in as family members in role-play scenarios, allowing clients to interact directly or observe from a higher perspective. The goal is to gain insights and develop new perspectives, resolving conflicts or familial patterns. Family Constellations are beneficial for identifying childhood patterns affecting the present, confronting deceased or unreachable family members, or understanding how family of origin influences current relationships.
