Hi, I’m Kirrah, the nutritionist behind Dawnwise Nutrition.

I believe good health starts with real food. My approach blends modern nutrition science with the wisdom of traditional diets: nourishing, whole foods prepared the way our grandparents knew how, and meals that fit your life rather than a list of rules.

I hold a Bachelor of Clinical Science (Nutrition) and I’m certified as a Nutrition Consultant through The Nutrition Academy’s Functional Nutrition Essentials course. I’m also a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT).

Functional nutrition looks at the whole person. Rather than chasing one symptom at a time, I’m interested in how your digestion, energy, stress, sleep and eating habits all connect, and in practical, sustainable changes you can actually keep up.

I’m also the founder of Vitality Pills, organic chicken liver capsules. I started it because liver is one of the most traditional nutrient-dense foods, yet many people don’t enjoy eating it. As a practitioner I’ll always put your needs first, and you’ll never be expected to buy any product as part of working with me.

Consultations are opening soon. If you’d like to be among the first to book, send me a message through the Contact me tab and I’ll add you to the waitlist.
