Emma Walsh is the founder of The Mindfulness Way, a wellness practice based in the beautiful Huon Valley, Tasmania. She is passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater wellbeing through mindfulness-based practices.

Emma facilitates sound healing experiences, mindfulness workshops, women's circles, creative wellness programs, and co-facilitates on retreat to support relaxation, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation. Drawing on practices such as crystal singing bowl sound baths, meditation, ritual, breath awareness, and art, she offers experiences that encourage participants to reconnect with their inner wisdom and develop practical tools for everyday life.
