About
Giinagay, Sharing the light ✨️ post my NDE in 2025 has illuminated the red rd into healing. Ancestorally I relate to my Native American DNA. 20 years of teaching in Steiner education with several years of teaching drum making; a flow on from a dear Native American elder and a passion for rites of passage have led me here now. Learning from the shamans and reiki masters to refine the depths of healing in order to nurture our shine. Aho!
Approved Modalities
- Shamanism / Shamanic HealingShamanism and Shamanic Healing encompass visionary practices across various cultures, utilising altered states of consciousness, imagination, and creativity for personal and spiritual growth. Rituals, symbolism, mythology, and body/mind techniques help practitioners "walk between worlds" and conduct soul retrieval. Shamans work at individual, group, family, and community levels, employing human potential for insight, spiritual healing, and self-realisation. Sweat lodge ceremonies, physical and psychological challenges, and the use of spiritual tools and art are common practices. While demanding, these experiences can be deeply rewarding, fostering a lifelong commitment to "soul-work" and self-discovery. IICT does not endorse the usage of psychotropic drugs such as Ayahuasca and/ or San Pedro and the Shamanism modality does not include the usage of psychotropic drugs such as Ayahuasca and/or San Pedro.
- Reiki and BeyondReiki and Beyond combines Usui Reiki with meditation, crystals and Sounds from Source Vibrational sound programs
- Equine ReikiEquine Reiki is a form of energy healing that focuses on promoting balance, relaxation, and well-being in horses. It involves the gentle laying of hands on or near the horse's body to channel healing energy. The practitioner connects with the horse's energy field and works to remove blockages, release tension, and stimulate the horse's natural healing abilities. Equine Reiki can help reduce stress, ease physical discomfort, and enhance emotional and mental well-being in horses. It is a non-invasive and holistic approach that aims to support the horse's overall health, vitality, and harmonious connection with its environment.
- Drum MakingThe making and the use of a Medicine Drum are creative, sacred events, where the intent and “sacred breath” is channeled into the drum. The energy breathed into the drum is a key element in the process of making it. Drum making can be shared by strangers, family and friends and connects us to the Earth’s rhythmical heartbeat. This is a deeply personal, awakening process where makers may open into greater or higher consciousness and insight.
- Children/Adolescents TrainingChildren's fitness training is a specialized program designed to promote physical activity and overall health in children and young adolescents. It involves age-appropriate exercises, games, and activities that aim to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Children's fitness trainers create engaging and enjoyable workouts to keep kids motivated and interested in staying active. The training focuses on developing fundamental movement skills and fostering a positive attitude towards physical activity from a young age. Additionally, it emphasizes the importance of proper form, safety, and injury prevention. Children's fitness training aims to instil healthy habits early on, setting the foundation for a lifetime of active and healthy living.
