  • Energy Medicine
Energy medicine is a specialized branch of alternative medicine that combines principles of energy healing with conventional medical knowledge. This holistic approach recognizes the existence of a subtle energy system within the body and investigates how this system influences overall health and well-being. Energy medicine employs various therapeutic techniques, including acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, PEMF, UV therapy, energy healing, homeopathy, Tai Chi and Chi Gong and other practices that take into account the body's energy meridians, chakras, or biofields. Practitioners of energy medicine focus on identifying and addressing imbalances in the body's energy flow as a central aspect of preventing or treating disease. What sets energy medicine apart is its integration of both Western and Eastern approaches to healthcare, bridging traditional medical practices with holistic methods rooted in ancient healing traditions.
  • Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the study of movement, derived from Chiropractic and Applied Kinesiology. It utilizes muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body—physical, emotional, biochemical, or spiritual. By bypassing mental stories and beliefs, kinesiologists determine methods to restore balance. They employ techniques like subconscious realigning, acupressure, nutrition, coaching, and emotional clearing to address root causes of imbalances. Kinesiology is a holistic approach, offering solutions for disorders such as stress, muscular and nervous disorders, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, learning difficulties, behavioral issues, and emotional challenges. It aims to transform clients' well-being by addressing the underlying causes and promoting balance in multiple aspects of life.
  • Reiki I
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing modality founded by Mike Usui. In Japan energy is termed Ki and it is from this word that Reiki is derived. The process of attunement or initiation, which is passed from the Master to the student, is what sets Reiki apart from other forms of touch healing. During a typical session, practitioners use palm healing, also known as hand-on-healing, to transfer “universal energy.” Reiki can assist with things such as pain relief, speeding the healing process, inducing relaxation, and balancing of chakras and aura energy.
  • Breathwork
Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that focuses on conscious control and manipulation of one's breathing patterns to achieve physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. It involves various techniques, such as deep diaphragmatic breathing, rhythmic patterns, and breath awareness. By altering the way one breathes, breathwork can help reduce stress, improve relaxation, and enhance self-awareness. It is used for purposes like managing anxiety, releasing emotional blockages, and promoting mindfulness. Breathwork is a versatile and accessible tool that empowers individuals to harness the profound connection between their breath and their overall health, offering a path to greater inner peace and vitality.
