Exploring other lifetimes via hypnotherapy provides a unique opportunity for clients to access their own inner truths in a safe, protective and non-judgemental environment, enabling transformation to occur.

The aim of this work is to gain an understanding of recurring themes and challenges affecting clients so that healing and change can take place.

This work combines hypnotherapy with the ancient concept of reincarnation, incorporating the belief that consciousness continues beyond ‘death’ of the form. Lifetime after lifetime we play different roles for the purpose of growing and developing spiritually. We are multi-dimensional beings that extend beyond time.

In some cases, painful experiences can imprint the soul and carry over into subsequent lives. Through the use of transpersonal techniques ‘Introspective Hypnotherapy’ seeks to find the origin/seed point of a particular health/relationship issue (past or present), to bring forward this memory from the subconscious to the conscious, to promote transformational healing.

Initially sessions were based upon the QHHT model (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) by Dolores Cannon but have evolved to include psychotherapeutic strategies and other healing techniques incorporated in Introspective Hypnosis as currently taught by Antonio Sangio and Alba Weinman.

As a practitioner with a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy, such work is a source of inspiration. After many years (also) as a Social Worker, Melinda Staunton feels uniquely qualified to facilitate sessions in a respectful, caring and compassionate way.
