About

I am a Reiki practitioner and a Death Doula, plus I also have other modalities available for your animal and pet family (see my website for more information).
A Death or End of Life Doula is non medical guidance, support & education, helping individuals & their people before, during & after the dying process. A Doula works along side the medical teams, they do not replace them. Supporting pre/post natal to old age & everyone in between, plus your pets as well.

And Reiki is an amazing modality to bring into this sacred time & space. Caring for the Central Coast NSW.

Approved Modalities
  • Reiki III (Master)
Reiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions. For IICT purposes, a Reiki Master is someone who is qualified to teach and attune others to Reiki.
  • WEBB Bodywork for Pets
WEBB Bodywork for Pets is a specialized approach to promoting wellness and addressing physical issues in animals through manual therapy techniques. Drawing from a blend of massage, acupressure, and myofascial release, practitioners use hands-on methods to alleviate muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance mobility in pets. This gentle and non-invasive therapy aims to reduce pain, accelerate healing from injuries or surgeries, and enhance overall comfort and quality of life for animals. WEBB Bodywork for Pets is tailored to each animal's needs, providing personalized care and attention to support their physical well-being and promote a deeper bond between pets and their caregivers.
  • Death Doula
A death doula, also known as an end-of-life doula or death midwife, is an “informed companion” who empowers and supports individuals and families to navigate the end-of-life process. They fulfil a gap in the care team, acting as advocates who provide emotional and practical support. Death doulas have the capacity for deep listening, opening up conversations about death and prompting the client to reflect on their life. This can include writing letters, creating legacy projects, preparing for death and reflecting on their life. They can also aid with funeral planning, client education and referral services such as coordinating with palliative care, hospice and social workers. Death doulas have no medical background or training and do not perform clinical or medical tasks. Doulas can work with clients daily or weekly, and the relationship might span several years. Depending on their scope of practice and experience, additional services might include things like energy healing, massage, meal preparation and assisting with legal paperwork.
