- Angel Card ReadingAngel Cards are a divination tool that depicts various angelic qualities and energies. Similar to Tarot, each card has a specific meaning and practitioners use their knowledge of each card to offer insights and provide encouragement and positive affirmations to assist their clients with spiritual and life guidance.
- Crystal HealingCrystal Healing uses the vibrational properties of crystals to bring balance and healing to the mind-body system. Each crystal has unique properties that can address specific emotional or physical blockages. During a typical session, a crystal therapist will strategically place crystals on or around a client to support them with attuning to the crystal’s healing and transformative intelligence. Practitioners may also advise their clients to wear certain crystals, place crystals in their bath or infuse their drinking water, create a crystal grid in their home or workplace, or use crystals as part of a ritual, such as space clearing or intention setting.
- Reiki III (Master)Reiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions. For IICT purposes, a Reiki Master is someone who is qualified to teach and attune others to Reiki.
- Seichim / SekhemSeichim, derived from ancient Egyptian wisdom, signifies the "power of powers" or universal energy. Revived by modern practitioners like Patrick Scott Zeigler, Pheonix Summerfield, and Diane Ruth Shewmaker, it enriches Reiki by integrating elements like Sakara (Fire), Sophi-Ei (Water), and Angelic-light (Air). Similar to Reiki, practitioners channel divine energy and employ sacred symbols for physical and subtle body healing. However, Seichim uniquely honors Sekhmet, the Egyptian goddess of war and healing, focusing on deep emotional healing and spiritual growth. Beginning at the root chakra and culminating at the crown, Seichim sessions can be hands-on, hands-off, or conducted remotely, aiming to harmonize energies and facilitate holistic well-being.
- Ashati®Ashati® is a type of hands-on healing modality that combines energy and chakra healing, energy activations and spiritual knowledge. Like Reiki, practitioners place their hands on or above a client’s energy centres (chakras) and other body parts to help them gently reconnect, clear and balance emotions, thoughts and other energies that may be impacting their physical or emotional well-being. Sessions are generally 60 minutes and performed while the client is fully clothed and either sitting in a chair or lying on a massage table, bed or couch.
- Past Life Regression TherapyPast Life Regression Therapy is based on the premise that humans experience many incarnations and there is a carry-over from one life to the next. By guiding clients into a relaxed state (similar to hypnosis), practitioners can help their clients to access memories from a past life in an effort to resolve or find clarity around a specific emotional, physical or spiritual issue. Accessing past lives may also provide insight into why their clients feel drawn to certain places or people or why they have certain talents or affinities. Past Life Regression Therapists are not qualified to provide counselling/therapy and anything outside their scope of practice should be referred to a medical professional.
- Kundalini Reiki®Kundalini Reiki® combines Kundalini Yoga and Reiki to activate the coiled-up energy (Kundalini) at the base of the spine. Practitioners transfer Kundalini fire and universal life energy through hands, unblocking chakras and cleansing the body of trauma. This practice aims to restore physical, mental, and emotional balance. During a session, breathwork, meditation, and visualization are used to connect with and activate the chakras, potentially leading to a Kundalini Awakening and an expanded state of consciousness. The method was inspired by Ole Gabrielsen's experience with Ascended Master Kuthumi. Kundalini Reiki® aims to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit through the awakening of the dormant Kundalini energy.
- Circle FacilitatorIndigenous communities have long utilized circles for spiritual connection and guidance, employing ritual, storytelling, and music. In modern times, circle facilitators, often community activists, convene groups to honour life transitions, share stories, and foster self-awareness and community bonds. They establish a safe, respectful environment, setting guidelines and boundaries such as confidentiality and non-judgment. Circles vary in theme and structure, catering to specific groups or shared interests like Women's or Men's Circles. Facilitators aren't counsellors but guide participants through reflection and dialogue, referring them to appropriate professionals for deeper issues. Through circles, individuals find support, understanding, and connection, echoing the ancestral wisdom of Indigenous traditions in contemporary community settings.
- HypnotherapyHypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes hypnosis to access and influence the subconscious mind. It involves inducing a relaxed state, known as a trance, where the individual is open to positive suggestions and guided imagery. This altered state of consciousness allows the hypnotherapist to work with the client's deeper levels of awareness to address and transform limiting beliefs, behaviours, and emotional patterns. It is a collaborative process that aims to harness the power of the mind for personal growth and healing. For our purposes, it is important to differentiate Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy from Clinical Hypnotherapy. Clinical Hypnotherapists undergo extensive training and are skilled in Counselling/Psychotherapy, making them adept at handling more complex cases such as trauma/PTSD, fears and phobias, sexual dysfunction, and so on.
- Life CoachingLife coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process that helps individuals, businesses, and teams to bridge the gap between their current circumstances and success. They provide guidance, support, and motivation to clients by facilitating self-reflection, exploring values, and setting action plans. Through active listening, questioning, and feedback, life coaches help clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies to reach their desired outcomes. Life coaching covers various areas of life, such as career, relationships, personal growth, and health. It aims to empower individuals, foster self-awareness, and assist in making positive changes to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
