- Rapid Transformational Therapy®Developed by Marisa Peer, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) combines techniques from NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, and Psychotherapy teaching clients to reframe negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which relies on positive reinforcement, RTT® identifies how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed. Then, using principles of neuroplasticity, practitioners can help clients create new neural pathways in the mind.
- BreathworkBreathwork is a therapeutic practice that focuses on conscious control and manipulation of one's breathing patterns to achieve physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. It involves various techniques, such as deep diaphragmatic breathing, rhythmic patterns, and breath awareness. By altering the way one breathes, breathwork can help reduce stress, improve relaxation, and enhance self-awareness. It is used for purposes like managing anxiety, releasing emotional blockages, and promoting mindfulness. Breathwork is a versatile and accessible tool that empowers individuals to harness the profound connection between their breath and their overall health, offering a path to greater inner peace and vitality.
- Clinical HypnotherapyClinical Hypnotherapy is the application of hypnotherapy in a clinical setting. A hypnotherapist guides their client through a process of deep relaxation to arrive in a trance-like state by using verbal repition and mental imagry. Hypnotherapy aims to reach subsoncious memories, beliefs, coping strategies and desires to provide insight for individuals who may suffer from pain or anxiety, or assist idividuals to gain control over undesired bahviours. A clinical hynotherapist combines hypnotherapy with counselling or psychotherapy techniques, and can support clients with mood disorders, phobias, sleep disorders, and other mental health or behavioural challenges. Note: Clinical Hypnotherapy is distinct from Hypnotherapy. Each has different study requirements.
