About

I’m Nicole Lee

Through Qigong, I guide people in building strong vitality and a deeper sense of inner coherence across body, mind and spirit.

From there, change unfolds naturally, shaping how you feel, how you respond and how you move through your life.

Qigong offers a way back to yourself. A practice that develops a sense of unity — building presence, connection and internal stability through returning to the practice over time.

What I share is grounded and accessible. The focus is on integrating the practice into your life in a way that is sustainable, while still respecting the depth it comes from.

If you’re seeking a more embodied and connected way of living, this approach will support you in healing, and evolving into more of your true self.

While I’ve trained in both Modern and Classical systems, what I share isn’t about collecting forms or adhering to a single lineage. It’s about understanding the principles that sit underneath the movements, and learning how to work with them in ways that are practical and meaningful.

Forms are used as tools, not end points. The focus is on developing awareness, building internal connection, and cultivating energy in a way that supports your life, rather than sitting separate from it.

This approach has been shaped through over a decade of consistent study, practice and teaching, alongside guidance from teachers including Wang Zhi Peng, Lee Holden, Damo Mitchell and Marissa Newell.

My broader background includes training in meditation, mindfulness, energy healing and craniosacral therapy, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Complementary Medicine. I also maintain professional membership with Wushu Tai Chi Qigong Australia and the International Institute of Complementary Therapists.

Approved Modalities
  • Meditation
Meditation is an umbrella term for a number of practices that train the meditator to be present to their thoughts with awareness and without judgement. Counter to the conditioning of the mind/body system, positive effects of meditation can be heightened relaxation, the building of etheric energy and deeper awareness. Through either sustained focus, mindfulness, or the cultivation of compassion, meditation can clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety.
  • Qi Gong
Qigong (pronounced chi-gong) was developed thousands of years ago as a form of Chinese Medicine. Qi translates to “subtle breath” and gong translates to “skill cultivated through steady practice.” It combines gentle movement, deep breathing, and mind regulation to optimise energy in the mind, body and spirit. There are hundreds of forms of qigong exercises, including Tai Chi, Baduanjin, Liuzijue, Hu Yue Xian, Yijin King, and Medical Qigong, and they all have the primary aim of reducing stress and building stamina, increasing vitality, and enhancing immune function.
  • Complementary Health Therapy
Complementary Health Therapy (CHT) is treating patients with physical, mental, spiritual and emotional needs by considering the whole person rather than focusing on specific symptoms and by using various therapies, techniques and practices. CHT is assessing patients to determine the nature of the disorder, illness, problem or need by questioning, examining and observing. In addition, developing and implementing treatment plans using applications such as acupuncture, homoeopathic and herbal medicine, and dance, drama, hypnotic and music therapies. A CHT may evaluate and documenting patients' progress through treatment plans, provide dietary and lifestyle advice and guidelines and prescribe natural medicines, such as herbal, mineral and animal extracts, to stimulate the body's capacity for self-healing.
