Holistic Practitioner | Bodywork & Wellbeing

Aloha.

My journey with natural therapies began at a very young age, nurturing a lifelong fascination with the profound connection between the body, mind, and overall wellbeing. This early introduction grew into a deep passion for holistic health, leading me to become a qualified Holistic Practitioner in my early thirties. Since then, I have continued to expand my knowledge, refine my skills, and work alongside some of Australia’s leading health retreats, enriching both my professional experience and personal understanding of holistic care.

One particularly enriching chapter of my career was working as Head Chef and Bodyworker for Barbara O’Neill, an experience that further deepened my appreciation for the relationship between nourishment, physical wellbeing, and the care of the whole person.

Through my work and the development of Skeleton Keys, I have continued to explore the value of a truly individualised approach to wellbeing. I believe that each person brings a unique story, and that meaningful care begins with taking the time to listen, understand, and respond to the individual as a whole.

My practice brings together my diverse training, experience, intuition, and genuine care to create personalised wellness journeys. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, drawing upon an integrated range of holistic modalities to support relaxation, physical comfort, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with oneself.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple yet profound philosophy: every individual deserves to feel nurtured, supported, respected, and genuinely cared for.

To create a space where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and receive attentive, compassionate care is both my greatest passion and a privilege I hold close to my heart.

I feel deeply grateful to share the knowledge, experience, and gifts I have cultivated throughout my life, and to continue supporting others on their own journeys towards greater wellbeing, balance, and vitality.

Book in a session, feel the difference, you’ll thank yourself you did 🤍

Approved Modalities
  • Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a therapeutic treatment based on Ayurvedic principles. Practitioners use various massage strokes and acupressure on the scalp, face, neck, arms, ears, shoulders and upper back. It is used to help with calming the nervous system, general relaxation, improving sleep, to stimulate blood & lymphatic flow, enhancing hair and scalp health, mental clarity and emotional wellbeing.   Indian Head Massage practitioners are not qualified to treat or diagnose doshic (constitutional) imbalances, use specialised medicated oils & should not treat specific medical conditions (eg hemiplegia, sinusitis, migraine, mental health conditions etc), unless they are also a qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner, or supervised by one in a clinical setting.
  • Kahuna Bodywork
Kahuna Bodywork is a Hawaiian modality which incorporates Kahuna principles and combines martial arts, traditional Hawaiian massage (Lomi Lomi) and Hula. It is flowing and dynamic massage-like therapy requiring the practitioner to find and direct energy, bringing this together with intelligences available through their own ancestry. With the aid of posture, leverage and motion, the practitioner is able to perform the bodywork according to the script of the client’s body, thereby facilitating their healing and allowing clients to regain balance and awareness. Kahuna Bodywork also opens pathways for both practitioner and client to unexplored physical, emotional and/or spiritual areas within themselves. It works as a dynamic re-patterning process whereby the rhythmical application of the massage-like strokes allow clients' body-mind-spirit systems to reorganise themselves into a more helpful pattern on a cellular level. Apart from the possible therapeutic effect, the major benefit of Kahuna Bodywork lies in clients' becoming more in touch with their own bodies, and in deeper alignment on emotional, mental and spiritual levels.
  • Kahuna Massage
Originating in Hawaii, Kahuna Massage is a holistic bodywork that was traditionally passed from teacher (Kahuna) to student through an apprenticeship. The practice is based on the philosophy that all things seek harmony and love, including the body. At the beginning and close of a session, practitioners offer pules (prayers) to create a sacred space. Throughout the session, they focus solely on the recipient and offer compassion, love and respect in the pure spirit of “aloha.” Sessions may also incorporate breathwork and a brief discussion to discover what physical or emotional reason brought the client to seek treatment. As they move rhythmically around the table, mimicking “hula” style movements, practitioners use their hands, elbows, fingers, forearms and copious amounts of oil to deliver long, flowing strokes along the entirety of the body. These movements and the transference of mana (life energy) stimulate meridians and energy centres helping to free energetic blockages, stimulate circulation and induce a state of stillness.
  • Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian whole-body massage, also known as ‘prayerful healing.’ Therapists use a combination of breathing and long sweeping strokes using their hands, forearms, elbows, fingers, knees and stones. Unlike other forms of massage, traditional Lomi Lomi sessions begin with preparation in the form of meditation, prayer and breathing exercises. The overall aim is to open energetic pathways and eliminate the source of physical and mental ailments. Lomi Lomi can also assist with lowering blood pressure and improving circulation, flexibility and immune response.
  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that may be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
  • NLP Coaching
Neuro Linguistic Programming Coaching supports clients to access their dormant potential and achieve more in life. NLP Coaches are trained to detect minute clues in facial expressions, tone of voice, and expressions to uncover limiting beliefs and behaviours. Practitioners support their clients to set goals, break addictive habits, improve performance, and transform their relationships.
  • Onsen® Technique
Created by Rich Phaigh, Onsen® Technique (meaning “at rest” or “at peace”), is a collection of methods to assess and correct pain causing structural and functional deviations in order to provide long-term relief. The three components of Onsen® are Muscle Energy Technique, Post Isometric Relaxation and Transverse Friction Massage.
  • Psychic
Psychics use extrasensory perception to provide their clients with insight or understanding during times of indecision or when they are at a crossroads. They can tap into their client’s past, present, and future through clairaudience (hearing), clairvoyance (seeing images), clairsentience (recognising feelings), and/or claircognisance (knowing). Psychics may also use tools to enhance their readings such as tarot or angel cards, crystals, or runes. Psychic sessions can take place in various settings such as in person, over the phone, in a group setting, or at an expose.
  • Reiki II
Reiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions.
  • Time Line Therapy®
Founded by Tad James Co. in 1986, Time Line Therapy® is the latest development in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Time Line Therapy® techniques utilize a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious minds in a variety of ways; including, healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours. A person's “Time Line” is how they unconsciously store their memories or how they unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Behavioural change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level. The Time Line Therapy® techniques allow people to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.
