I am Rita, an Overe® Practitioner in Specialised Kinesiology and a RTT® Hypnotherapist and and I am deeply passionate about helping you find and build the love and relationship you always wanted.
For the majority of my life, I felt like love was not available to me, dating was a dead end, and relationships were fleeting at best. In short, it felt like everyone seemed to know how to get into a relationship, maintain it and be happy within it but me. It felt like I never got the memo on how to ‘do love and relationships’.
I found my path to love and it is my mission to help you find yours!
For over 10 years I have explored a myriad of modalities to uncover and overcome my own blocks and had first hand experience of the power of the subconscious and how our energy and our subconscious beliefs govern every aspect of our life.
I offer Overe® Specialised Kinesiology and RTT® Hypnotherapy so you don’t need to spend 10 years to change your energy, your mind, your story and your love life.
- Rapid Transformational Therapy®Developed by Marisa Peer, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) combines techniques from NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnosis, and Psychotherapy teaching clients to reframe negative beliefs, values, habits and emotions. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, which relies on positive reinforcement, RTT® identifies how, where and when unhelpful beliefs and behaviours were formed. Then, using principles of neuroplasticity, practitioners can help clients create new neural pathways in the mind.
- Specialised KinesiologySpecialised Kinesiology, also known as Energy Kinesiology, is a diverse form of therapy using muscle testing to assess and address physical, chemical, emotional and mental aspects of health. It integrates concepts from various complementary therapies like Acupressure, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Practitioners view the body as an information-storing system and use muscle testing to identify imbalances and provide appropriate remedies. Examples of Specialised Kinesiology include Touch for Health, Neural Organisation Technique, and Neuro-Training. It is a holistic approach to healing that can address stress, muscular and nervous disorders, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, learning difficulties, and emotional issues. Specialised Kinesiologists focus on balancing the body to promote self-healing and well-being.
- PilatesPilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century to strengthen, stretch and stabilise key muscles. Pilates instructors encourage their clients to use correct alignment, centring, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flowing movement to build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone. The emphasis in Pilates is on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles. Pilates either takes place on a mat, with a barre, or with the use of a reformer -- a machine that provides resistance to lift against. Practitioners believe that mental and physical health are essential to one another and use this method of total body conditioning to achieve this balance.
