I’m Sandra Cleere, a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner based in East Maitland, offering both in-person and online sessions.

I help people who feel stuck in patterns they have struggled to change through willpower alone. This may include anxiety and overwhelm, low confidence, emotional or habitual eating, weight-management challenges, smoking, motivation difficulties, or simply feeling that something is holding them back.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I spent more than 20 years working as a scientist and laboratory leader. That background shaped my practical, thoughtful and evidence-informed approach. I understand that every person experiences their problem differently, so sessions are tailored to you rather than delivered from a standard script.

My style is warm, straightforward and collaborative. You remain aware and in control throughout the process, while we work together to understand what has been keeping the problem in place and create meaningful, lasting change.
