Live, online sessions with Sophia, from your home, combining body awareness, nervous system regulation, and gentle self-inquiry.
A supportive alternative to talking therapy: you can share as much or as little as you like.
What happens: settle your space → guided breathing/meditation → choose a focus (physical/ spiritual /mental/emotional) →body mapping/imagery →simple press-and-release techniques → grounding and after-session integration.
What you might notice: relaxation, emotional release, sensations, movement, memories, insight, or feeling lighter and more settled afterwards.
No experience needed—helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, tense, disconnected, stuck, or simply curious about a different approach.
About Sophia: certified in The Self Holding Method™, trauma-informed, integrating EFT and EMDR-inspired regulation practices; welcoming new clients.
These sessions are led by Sophia and combine guided body awareness, nervous system regulation practices and compassionate self-inquiry within a calm and supportive space.
This is not a talking therapy, although there is always space to reflect on anything that arises during the session.
Sessions are held in real time, online, allowing you to remain in the comfort and privacy of your own home throughout the process. Book your session when you have no activities planned for a couple of hours afterwards, including no driving. The sessions are deeply relaxing, with profound inner work. Post session rest with quiet integration is essential.
Some people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, physical sensations, spontaneous movement, insight, visual imagery or a stronger sense of connection with themselves and their bodies. Others simply feel lighter, calmer, clearer or more emotionally settled afterwards.
Many people come because they feel curious about self-exploration, or drawn towards experiencing a different approach to personal wellbeing and awareness.

- The Self Holding Method™The Self Holding Method™ is a self-healing technique that aims to release emotional and physical tension from the body through gentle self-touch and mindful awareness. It involves the individual holding specific points on their body while focusing on their breath and observing any sensations or emotions that arise. This method encourages self-compassion, self-regulation, and self-soothing, allowing individuals to access their innate healing capacity. By creating a safe and nurturing space within themselves, they can bring attention to areas of tension or discomfort and facilitate the release of stored emotions and stress. The Self Holding Method™ promotes relaxation, emotional wellbeing, a deeper connection with oneself by providing the love one needs to feel safe, held, chosen and loved.
