Every healing session is tailored to your unique needs. Using Reiki and the healing energy of crystals, I help clear energetic blockages, restore chakra balance and encourage the free flow of energy. Whether you're feeling stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected or simply seeking greater clarity and inner peace, my intention is to provide a safe, nurturing space where you feel supported throughout your healing journey.

I welcome clients from all walks of life and have a special passion for supporting busy mums who spend so much of their time caring for others that they often place themselves last.
