Hello, I'm Tracy Cooke, founder of SouLuminous Natural Therapies.

For more than 20 years, I have been passionate about supporting people on their journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. My own path began with Reiki in 2006 and has since expanded to include Kinesiology, Counselling, Family Constellations, EFT, Meditation, and other complementary healing modalities.

I believe true healing comes from nurturing the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe, compassionate, and heart-centred space where you can restore balance, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move forward with confidence.

At SouLuminous Natural Therapies, I offer Ultimate Relaxation Reiki, Intuitive Kinesiology, KinCounselling, EFT, Systems Family Constellations, and my signature Sacred Soul Session, which combines a range of healing modalities to support exactly what you need on the day.

I am also passionate about empowering others through education. SouLuminous offers Reiki Level 1, Level 2, and Master Teacher training, together with self-paced online programs including Space Clearing, 21 Day Reiki Connection, Journey with Your Ancestors, 21 Day Chakra Connection, Aspects of Gratitude, and Nurture Your Well-being.
