About Irene

In 2015, I walked away from a successful 30-year legal career in the public sector and academia to follow a calling into the world of energy, sound & intuition.

I’m a Reiki Master and International Peter Hess® Sound Practitioner, trained to Master Level, and a Peter Hess® Educational Sound Massage Practitioner, based in Perth, Australia. Guided by intuition, love and compassion, I individualise each experience through sound, vibration, breath, movement & energy work. I also volunteer at Bethesda Hospital, offering Sound Sessions to patients and medical staff.

My signature 1:1 Energy & Sound Transformation combines Reiki and Peter Hess® Sound Massage in a deeply restorative, non-invasive experience. Therapeutic singing bowls create gentle ripples through the body, like a massage without physical touch, while Reiki is intuitively woven into the session. Reiki Energy Treatments and Chakra Realignment 1:1 sessions are also available, each tailored to where you are on the day.

My unique Somatic Flow & Soundscape group sessions weave breathwork, energy awareness and Qigong-inspired movement into a flowing meditation, followed by an immersive soundscape of gongs, crystal & therapy singing bowls, chimes, rainstick, ocean drum, Fibonacci Tuned Pipes & more! Participants leave not only rested, but with practices they can carry into everyday life.

Specialised Sound Journeys for Children & Families, including children with ADHD and other additional needs, are imaginative, interactive and nurturing. I also facilitate experiences for corporate groups & Retreats, thoughtfully adapted to the people in the room.
