Hi, I’m Eileen.
I'm the founder of Spiral Way Hearth and a facilitator of embodied change, meaningful conversations, and compassionate witnessing.
My work brings together years of guiding transformational learning, somatic practice, and lived experience to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves during life's most meaningful transitions.
Again and again, I've witnessed the same truth:
People rarely need someone else to tell them who they are.
More often, they need a space where they can hear themselves clearly.
That's what Spiral Way Hearth exists to cultivate.
Approved Modalities
- Somatic EducationSomatic educators teach people about the connection between the mind, body and movement, focusing on things like somatic processes, body intelligence and awareness, and shadow work. Somatic educators may be trained in various topics such as somatic psychology, nervous system health, somatic therapeutic dance and guided movement, mindfulness and meditation, menstrual cycle awareness, sexual sovereignty, feminine/masculine spirituality, trauma-informed facilitation, embodied leadership, patriarchy, and decolonization. Somatic educators are not trained therapists and must refer clients to qualified healthcare professionals when necessary.Training provided by Somatic Institute for Women
- Reiki IIReiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions.Training provided by Mokeph Wildflower
