Hello, I am so happy that you found me.
I am Tatjana, an Advanced Evidence - Based EFT Practitioner, a Mental & Emotional Wellbeing Coach, a Feminine Energy Coach (certified by Rori Raye) and an NLP Trainer.
I am also a mum of two beautiful girls. I was born in Munich, Germany and call now for more than 20 years Australia my second home.
I have had my own journey especially with anxious attachment and childhood trauma and using these tools have helped me to feel secure and peaceful within me. It didn't just give me a better life but also the people I love.
Helping people with anxious attachment or anxiety, trauma or PTSD to feel more secure within them, more empowered, calmer within and to be more authentically who they are, is my area of expertise.
It takes courage to change, but it is also incredibly rewarding. We all deserve a life we love. It is my offer to help you to love yours.
Please contact me. I am curious to hear your story!
Love, Tatjana
- Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)Founded by Gary Craig in the 1990's, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) draw on various alternative medicine practices including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming and energy medicine. Treatment involves two-finger tapping on acupuncture points while using acceptance statement(s) to anchor the transformative intent. Depending on the EFT practitioner's level of training and scope of practice, it can be employed to address diverse physical and psychological conditions, including phobias, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and pain.
- NLP CoachingNeuro Linguistic Programming Coaching supports clients to access their dormant potential and achieve more in life. NLP Coaches are trained to detect minute clues in facial expressions, tone of voice, and expressions to uncover limiting beliefs and behaviours. Practitioners support their clients to set goals, break addictive habits, improve performance, and transform their relationships.
- NaturopathyNaturopathy is a holistic approach aimed at uncovering the underlying causes of symptoms or conditions using various assessment techniques. These may include food sensitivity testing, genetic testing, comprehensive stool analysis, and more. Naturopaths treat a range of conditions such as gastrointestinal issues, respiratory conditions, skin conditions, anxiety, depression, hormone imbalances, and allergies. During an initial consultation lasting 60-90 minutes, a thorough assessment of the patient's physical and mental medical history is conducted. Naturopaths believe in the body's innate ability to heal itself and employ techniques like homeopathy, herbalism, nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle changes, and various therapies to support the healing process. It's important to note that the term "Naturopathic Doctor" may vary in terms of regulation and licensure depending on the region.
- Relationship ConsultantA relationship coach is a professional who provides guidance and support to individuals and couples seeking to improve their relationships. They work with clients to identify and address issues such as communication problems, conflicts, intimacy challenges, trust issues, and relationship goals. Relationship coaches offer tools, strategies, and exercises to help clients enhance their interpersonal skills, deepen emotional connections, and foster healthier and more fulfilling relationships. They may draw from various therapeutic approaches, psychology, and personal development principles to assist clients in navigating relationship dynamics, resolving conflicts, and achieving desired relationship outcomes. The ultimate aim is to promote happier and more harmonious partnerships.
- NutritionNutritionists deal with general nutritional aims and work with clients to achieve health goals through personalised nutrition plans and supplementation. They can provide tailored advice to suit a person’s diet, exercise routine, sleeping habits, career and life commitments, and nutritional needs. Nutritionists perform an initial assessment and create a realistic plan that addresses health, weight and nutritional goals, provide education about food and nutrition (for example: how to read a food label) and provide meal plans and recipes. Consulting with a Nutritionist can help clients improve their immune health, improve biomarkers and decrease susceptibility to disease, optimise their physical and mental well-being, assist with weight gain or weight loss, or prepare the body for a specific life event. Nutritionists cannot diagnose eating disorders or design diets to treat specific medical conditions.
