For 20+ years I've been helping people heal from chronic debilitating conditions which have often brought their life to a halt. This was also the case for me. My journey back to health was long (20 years) and expensive, but this journey of trial and error subsequently allowed me to be able to short-cut the process for others.

What I love about what I offer is that it EMPOWERS people to be in charge of their health, taking away the fear of being ill, and instead understanding how symptoms are our friend - we just need to be able to understand what our body is telling us through illness, and do what is necessary to bring it back to a place of health.
