Somatic Recovery & Leadership: Life Coaching & Breathwork Facilitator Courses

Timeless Healing is a holistic health and wellness practice dedicated to guiding high-achievers, sensitive individuals, and overextended professionals out of chronic stress and burnout and into heart-centered living. Timeless Healing provides a gentle, trauma-informed sanctuary for deep somatic recovery and personal transformation.

I am an ICT Certified Life & ADHD Coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator: my practice integrates somatic presence, nervous system regulation and mindset practices.

A Timeless Space for Individual Coaching And Breathwork Facilitation

Stress & Life Recovery Coaching:
Tailored 1:1 mentorship designed for individuals running on empty or experiencing functional burnout. Through somatic presence, micro-recovery practices, and structural boundary-building, clients learn to interrupt stress cycles and restore vital energy without sacrificing their professional success.
Nalu Breathwork & Somatic Sessions:
Conscious connected breathing sessions inspired by Nalu—the Hawaiian word for ocean wave or tide. These sessions facilitate the release of stored emotional tension, soothe an overactive mind, and restore balance to the nervous system.
Nalu Breathwork Facilitator Course & Retreat:
An immersive training program hosted at Krishna Village. Designed for personal healing and professional certification, this retreat equips emerging guides and practitioners with trauma-informed space-holding principles, heart-centered boundary setting, and practical coaching skills.
