As a lifelong searcher for inner growth, I’ve experienced that we can move beyond our scars and learned habits. In us there is a place where we are true, loving and free.

When we (re)discover this part and listen to ourselves at this deep level, we heal our wounds and can feel connected to ourselves and others.

I work with people from all walks of life and ages: individuals in inner development workshops, people in prisons, parents, children, disadvantaged groups, business leaders.

Interested in authentic and spiritual experiences, I have been enriched by many traditions and their teachers and trained in Compassionate Inquiry, Grief work, Deep Transformational Coaching, Existential Counselling and Psychology (BSc).

I offer online/face-to-face therapy, coaching and grief work sessions & individual retreats in the beautiful Scottish Highlands.
