About

Hi, I'm Liz.

For over ten years, I've moved between borders, cultures, and ways of being. My path has been shaped by chronic illness, childhood trauma, and a deep longing for something more whole, more connected, more alive.

I came to yoga seeking relief from physical pain, but it became something far deeper. Breathwork, meditation, and altered states opened doorways into places of memory and wisdom the body holds. I realized healing is not linear. It's a spiraling return to relationship: with the body, with the Earth, with spirit, and with one another.

I trained and worked as a clinical therapist within licensed systems of care for many years, though I no longer practice within a medicalized model. Instead, I offer relational, holistic, person-centered support as a Psychedelic Yoga Therapist that honors the complexity of healing and the intelligence of the whole person.

My Approach

My work is grounded in respect, consent, and deep listening. I weave together science with the ancient wisdom of yoga, plant medicine, somatic practices, and energy work. This can include yoga therapy, psychedelics, Reiki, meditation, herbalism, breathwork, and other body-based approaches. But the foundation is always the relationship. If you don't feel safe, seen, and attuned with me, the work won't land.

Sessions blend reflective dialogue with somatic and energetic work. We might explore experiences, make meaning, look at shadow or blind spots, or try guided exercises, meditation, or Reiki. Outside of sessions, I ask clients to engage in supportive practices, particularly therapeutic yoga. This does not need to be physically demanding. Practices may include breathwork, yoga nidra, meditation, nervous system regulation, or a tailored combination that fits your capacity and intentions.

I view psychedelics as non-specific amplifiers that increase neural plasticity and strengthen rewiring. Set, setting, and integration matter enormously. My work takes a deeply holistic approach to both preparation and integration, whether someone is microdosing, macrodosing, or working with other plant allies.

Frequency and number of sessions are collaborative and intention-led. I offer structured programs and sliding-scale options to honor different access needs.

  • Reiki III (Master)
Reiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions. For IICT purposes, a Reiki Master is someone who is qualified to teach and attune others to Reiki.

  • Somatic Embodied Coaching
Somatic Embodied Coaching is a holistic approach to personal growth and self-mastery that integrates somatic awareness, conscious movement, and lifestyle alignment to support individuals in living with greater authenticity, resilience, and vitality. Rooted in the understanding that mind, body, and spirit are interconnected, this modality blends somatic therapy tools with holistic life coaching techniques. It encourages clients to cultivate body-based awareness, regulate their nervous system, and make conscious choices that align with their physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. Sessions may incorporate gentle breathwork, movement practices, mindfulness, and guided inquiry to deepen connection with the body’s intelligence. Practitioners may also offer general lifestyle guidance such as meditation practices, holistic self-care routines, or general advice on nutrition and natural therapies to support integration and sustainable transformation. At its core, Somatic Embodied Coaching helps individuals move from reactive or conditioned patterns toward conscious, empowered living. Through embodied presence, clients learn to navigate emotions, release stored tension, and reconnect with their innate wisdom and vitality. Energy awareness and vibrational understanding are also part of this approach, recognising that each thought, emotion, and action carries an energetic resonance that can either expand or contract one’s state of being. This modality draws on principles from somatic psychology, mindfulness, and energy-based practices to promote self-awareness, self-regulation, and holistic balance. It empowers clients to become active participants in their own healing and evolution living with greater purpose, clarity, and embodied presence.
