I'm Jamie Terrington, the therapist behind Resistance Release. I offer Fascial Maneuvers coaching: simple, guided movements combined with breathwork that gently release the fascia, ease everyday physical tension and help reset the nervous system.

The approach uses pinning and locking, counter-rotation, controlled breathing and slow, deliberate movement. I work gently and at your pace so your body can settle and feel safe, and you come away with maneuvers you can practise yourself as a daily reset. People often come to me for stress and tension, tight shoulders, hips or lower back, posture, or simply feeling stuck.

Sessions are available online by video anywhere in the UK, and in person around Bristol and North Somerset, including Portishead, Clevedon and Nailsea. Your first 15-minute consultation is free, and a 60-minute session is £80.
