I am happy to help you with quitting smoking, weight loss and alcohol treatment. I have a great interest in helping people gain relief from anxious patterns, OCD, insomnia and disruptive thoughts. When your mind and body work together as one, there is relief and progress. This might be that for the first time in years, the mind is clear and nervous system becomes settled. The hypnosis aims to provide relaxation for the nervous system and helpful thoughts to the subconscious mind. My style is non-judgemental, practical and results focused.
