Approved Modalities
  • Breathwork
Breathwork is a therapeutic practice that focuses on conscious control and manipulation of one's breathing patterns to achieve physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. It involves various techniques, such as deep diaphragmatic breathing, rhythmic patterns, and breath awareness. By altering the way one breathes, breathwork can help reduce stress, improve relaxation, and enhance self-awareness. It is used for purposes like managing anxiety, releasing emotional blockages, and promoting mindfulness. Breathwork is a versatile and accessible tool that empowers individuals to harness the profound connection between their breath and their overall health, offering a path to greater inner peace and vitality.
  • Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes hypnosis to access and influence the subconscious mind. It involves inducing a relaxed state, known as a trance, where the individual is open to positive suggestions and guided imagery. This altered state of consciousness allows the hypnotherapist to work with the client's deeper levels of awareness to address and transform limiting beliefs, behaviours, and emotional patterns. It is a collaborative process that aims to harness the power of the mind for personal growth and healing. For our purposes, it is important to differentiate Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy from Clinical Hypnotherapy. Clinical Hypnotherapists undergo extensive training and are skilled in Counselling/Psychotherapy, making them adept at handling more complex cases such as trauma/PTSD, fears and phobias, sexual dysfunction, and so on.
  • Mindset Coaching (Previously known as Results Coaching)
Results Coaching is a solution-focused coaching approach aimed at helping individuals achieve specific, measurable goals. Rooted in neuroscience and positive psychology, this coaching method emphasises clarity, accountability, and action. A coach partners with the client to define clear objectives, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome them. The process is collaborative, with a strong focus on personal growth and empowerment. Results Coaching is ideal for individuals seeking to enhance performance, make career transitions, or improve work-life balance. It encourages self-awareness and a proactive mindset, ultimately guiding clients toward tangible, sustainable success. The emphasis is on measurable outcomes and consistent progress, making it highly effective for those motivated by achieving concrete results.
  • NLP Coaching
Neuro Linguistic Programming Coaching supports clients to access their dormant potential and achieve more in life. NLP Coaches are trained to detect minute clues in facial expressions, tone of voice, and expressions to uncover limiting beliefs and behaviours. Practitioners support their clients to set goals, break addictive habits, improve performance, and transform their relationships.
  • Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that may be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
  • Mind-Body Practitioner
Mind-Body practitioners facilitate the connection and integration of the mind and body to promote holistic well-being. Mind-body practitioners recognise the intricate relationship between mental and physical health by considering the interplay between thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. They help their clients enhance self-awareness, manage stress and improve emotional balance through practices such as brain training techniques, positive psychology, psychoneuroimmunology, meditation, mindful movement practices such as yoga and tai chi, and guided imagery.
  • Wellness Coaching
A Wellness Coach is a professional who supports clients in achieving holistic well-being by addressing various aspects of health, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. They collaborate with individuals to set goals, develop personalized strategies for self-care, enhance resilience, and cultivate a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Wellness Coaches provide guidance, motivation, and accountability to empower clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes aimed at improving overall health and quality of life. Drawing from principles of psychology, nutrition, exercise science, mindfulness, and positive psychology, they help clients navigate challenges, overcome barriers, and thrive in all areas of wellness. Wellness coaches are not therapists/mental health professionals or qualified nutritionists, nor can they diagnose or prescribe. Anything beyond their scope of practice should be directed to a qualified healthcare professional.
