I'm Ioana, an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner based in Australia. My path into this work began with my own body, when a Crohn's diagnosis in 2022 became an unravelling. I started to see how much I'd been carrying emotionally, and how long my nervous system had been running on overdrive without me realising it. Conventional medicine didn't have the answers I needed, so I looked further, and working with an EFT practitioner who had walked a similar path changed everything.

I believe the body keeps score, but it also holds the way through, and its symptoms are the messengers that show us where to look.

I work with women, especially mums, navigating chronic illness, burnout, or exhaustion that goes bone-deep, as well as birth trauma, hormonal and menstrual issues, and miscarriage.
