Hi! Sarah here! Welcome to my Well-r profile. I'm located in Rainbow Beach, Qld, Australia.

That's north of the Sunshine Coast. It's a small town surrounded by forest, ocean and a bay.

I've lived here for 10 years and in the broader Cooloola Coast since I had my first child 19 years ago.

I've run Pilates and Personal Training in the area the whole time I've lived here. This year I completed a certificate in whole body massage.

I'm excited to add these skills to my existing knowledge of the human body. I would like to say that I'm enjoying giving massage to people.

It's really nice to give them the gift of a whole body relaxation massage. It's such a great thing to have and enjoy. Your muscles get softened, the blood gets to flow,

all while you lay down nice and comfortable and relax.

From my end to get to feel where a body has tightness and things going on is amazing. I like to have a chat post massage about what I was feeling and if there's any

advice from my PT/Pilates perspective I'm happy to give a little.

I'm hoping to one day travel on my yacht and do massages at anchorages. I imagine setting my table up on the sand, water lapping close by, and working through a massage. Sounds like bliss!
